Hey, today we're gonna be talking about some resources for you, when you're turning 65, trying to learn a little bit more about your Medicare choices.

And the plans and what you have available to you so, it can be very confusing and daunting.

Um, if you're turning 65 or if you're not even new to Medicare and you're looking for more information?

Seniors Health Insurance Benefit Association

Well, the Idaho Department of Insurance has the Seniors Health Insurance Benefit Association called SHIBA , and this is a great resource.

Um, these folks are here to help you out.

Of course, I am, too.

But this is a great website to do some research on your own.

Of course, you can come to my website.

I've got Idaho Medicare plans here, and it's a pretty detailed resource for you.

Some of the companies we work for and I have a really great little PDF.

It's, uh, it's new to Medicare and how it helps kind of take the confusion out of you, know what?

You need to do what the plans are, and so but you can research on your own or just give us a call and we can chat with you.

And then, of course, depending on your financial situation, a lot of people are wondering about, you know, Medicare or Medicaid.

So here's another link to health and welfare.

They do a pretty good job trying to help you out here, trying to determine, if you may qualify for Medicaid as well.

A lot of the carriers have some good plans.

If you do qualify for Medicaid as well.

But back to Shiba here, there's a great shopper guide right here.

It's very long, so just know that it's very long.

It’s the one with the 800. And in here, you can just kind of see, you know, you come in here and they've got volunteers.
